- Sally will use a variety of instruments to wrap you up in a big warm hug of healing sound vibrations. Quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, rattles and shakers, drums, and gong will create a nurturing soundscape that will ease you into a state of mental harmony and relaxation. Sally will also introduce a number of therapeutic yoga vocalization techniques for audience participation
- Bring Warm clothes , Blankets/Pillows
- Those who can not lay down you can stay in chairs
- Inviting all Wives and Husbands to join
